Hey Everyone,

This weekends inter-club workout and seminar is this Saturday.

I originally thought it was at the Citadel. It is not.

It will be held at AJJA in Sumerville.

We’ll still be leaving at the same time.  7AM from the dojo.

Please gives me a heads up if you’re gooing.

It’s a great way to test youyr skills and doesn’t cost anything.
