Well now you can thanks to our FREE Fight Camp Cardio Friday mornings 9.00am – 9.45am.

Get trained by one of our fighters and help build fitness and strength. Try out the techniques that top fighters use to get them to peak performance. 

This is a non combat class, but you will learn many tricks and tips that fighters use in their training.

Our Fight Camp Cardio is designed to be friendly and motivating and is totally not threatening and we will help to help push you to new levels of fitness.

Anybody is welcome, fit, unfit, semi-fit, we help all. Why not come with a friend and have some fun together while getting healthier and fitter?
